Far from being an afterthought, Quality Management and Control are an essential and integrated part of our service delivery. This is reflected by the fact that our aviation customers have delegated final inspection and quality control of our parts to us – a responsibility we do not take lightly.

Our state-of-the-art Quality Control department is equipped with 3-D-coordinate-measuring machines, optical wave-meters, as well as CNC form measuring systems, laser measuring equipment, surface inspection instruments, measuring projectors and digital altimeters.

Non-destructive testing is performed using magnetic particle inspection and liquid penetrate inspection.

A comprehensive quality management system ensures that each individual part is easily traceable from procurement to dispatching, an essential prerequisite for safety-critical aviation applications.

REMOG is certified according to DIN ISO EN 9001 as well as AS9100 and since 1998 we are a licensed supplier to the aerospace industry, conforming to BDLI (Association of German Aerospace Industry).
